Helping meet children’s basic needs
When you choose to make a regular montly contribution to Solidaile, you enable children:
- to receive a scholarship or a vocational training
- to regularly eat balanced meals
- to have access to medical care
Sponsorship provides children to lead more fulfilling lives by helping stabilise their environments as well as by offering direct aid.
Sponsorships of groups rather than individual children
Solidaile has chose to support group sponsorships of children rather than the sponsorship of individual children, because we feel it is important that the support we provide be equitable for all. This arrangement also offers us better flexibility in distributing funds according to local needs and priorities. We then make it possible to act for the good of a group of children rather than for just a few of them.
When you choose to sponsor children:
- you will receive a presentation file on the children, their family background and the local structure they are part of, together with a few photographs
- you will be able to meet them, if you wish to do so. Solidaile promises to help you organise your trip and accommodation on site.
- you will receive a yearly report on their achievements, progress and perspectives that were made possible thanks to your support
